Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes

Throughout the year we have been collecting many items for Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes.   There are several ways you can still help with this project as we continue to work toward our goal of filling 150 boxes from EUMC as a group.

Over the next few weeks we ask for your help with bringing in items that are still needed from the list below. Donations can be placed in the tote by the coat racks near the office. In November, we will have our shoebox packing party and collect a special offering to help cover the shipping costs. (Suggested donation for shipping for each box is $9.)

And of course, if you enjoy filling a box of your own with gifts to send, we will gladly take as many of them as you want to fill. Gift ideas are on the back. We even have boxes you can use. Thank you for all your help with this project!

Volunteers are needed to provide care and teaching for this class approximately one time every other month. A sign-up sheet is on the counter by the offices if you are willing to help. Current clearances are needed or will be provided free of charge. Any questions, please see Holly Girty.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES

Sunday School classes for all ages are now being held. This includes our nursery class on the children’s floor. Hope to see you at Sunday School!

WELCOME, VISITORS!

We are glad you are here to worship with us today. Welcome packets are available on the table at the back of the sanctuary if you would like more info about our church.

LIVESTREAMING

Both Sunday morning services are livestreamed each week on our church Facebook page at “Brookville Evangelical United Methodist.” Special services & programs are also available this way. This is a great opportunity for those who can’t be with us in person to be a part of our worship.

Praise Team

The Praise Team welcomes any who want to play and sing God's praises.  We practice Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and sing in the 8:15 AM service.  Contact Wendy @ 814-952-2121 for more information.

Nursery

The nursery will be opened and staffed during the worship service for children in preschool and younger.  The nursery is located on the children's floor (upstairs) in the second room on the right.  All you need to do is drop off your children before the worship service begins and then pick them up after the service.  We are happy to help serve you and your infant or toddler in this way!

Children's Church
Children's Church is for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade.  Each Sunday the children will be dismissed from the sanctuary after the children's message and will return to the sanctuary before the end of the worship service.

PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT

Photos and videos of church services and events will be taken periodically for publicity purposes.  If you do not want photos/videos of you included in print or online publications, please contact the church office.
