CREATION MUSEUM AND  SIGHT & SOUND THEATRE TRIPS

Council on Ministries is considering possible trips to the Creation Museum in Kentucky and/or the Sight & Sound Theatre in Lancaster, PA.  Right now we need to know if there is enough interest to plan these trips.  If you think this is something you would like to do, please sign the sheet on the counter by the office and mark which trip(s) you would like.  Thank you!

OUTDOOR SERVICE  & CHURCH PICNIC

On Sunday, August 13, we will worship together at the early service indoors and then our traditional service in the pavilion at 10:35 a.m.

We will share a covered dish picnic fellowship time at noon with lots of good food featuring chicken and many other side dishes.  Bring your favorite dish to share with your church family.

There will be a time of fellowship and we will enjoy connecting together.  Come and join the fun!

LET’S GO TO THE  PITTSBURGH ZOO!

We are planning a trip to the Pittsburgh Zoo for anyone who wants to go on Friday, August 11.  We will be driving individual vehicles, leaving at 9:00 a.m., and getting there around 11:00 a.m.  Let’s brown bag it and eat in the parking lot before actually entering the zoo.

We will plan on leaving the zoo around 2:45 p.m. to beat the rush hour traffic which should get us back here around 5:00 p.m.  If you are interested in going, please sign up on the counter outside the church office.  Thank you!
